About QLI

QLI (Quality Living, Inc.) is a private, nonprofit corporation that was founded in 1987. Since our earliest days, QLI’s mission has been to deliver life-changing rehabilitation and care for individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other severe physical disability. With this mission clearly in mind, QLI has grown to become the largest and most comprehensive center for post-hospital brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation and care services in the entire United States.

The work that QLI does is not easy. We are in the business of helping to rebuild lives that have been shattered by a catastrophic event. No one ever expects to suffer a brain or spinal cord injury, and the recovery process can be frustrating, painful, and scary. But when these types of injuries do occur, it is QLI’s promise and pledge to be up to the challenge. To date, QLI’s Tri-Dimensional Rehabilitation® program has touched the lives of thousands of individuals and their families from all across the country.

QLI is extremely proud to have been designated a Best Place to Work in Omaha an unprecedented six times by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm LLP. The “culture” of QLI is extraordinary, and it is something you have to experience firsthand to truly understand. QLI’s culture is a major differentiator from many other rehabilitation and care providers, and we work hard to maintain this uniquely positive culture for our clients and their families who benefit from being surrounded by a motivated and uplifting support system. Being an employer of choice has also allowed QLI to attract and retain an incredibly talented team of dedicated, expert staff who work directly with our clients on a daily basis.

QLI is based on a beautiful, 60-acre campus in Omaha, Nebraska. Thanks to generous philanthropic support, we have grown to offer specialized services to up to 211 individuals residing in private rooms across five distinct programs and services. QLI employs over 350 staff members in the Omaha area.
