Funding

QLI is able to accommodate a variety of funding sources. We are contracted with many major national and regional insurance carriers and networks, and we work regularly with commercial health, workers’ compensation and Veterans Affairs. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, QLI is also proud to accept Medicaid reimbursement from ten states including: Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Maryland, Alaska and Wyoming.
